There is excellent volume to the relatively powerful larger-scaled flavors that retain good refinement and particularly so on the lingering and beautifully balanced finale

Croix, Corton Vigne Saint Vintage:2012 The restrained and markedly coolDiscreet but not invisible oak influence does not really intrude upon the transparency of the red berry fruit, spice, earth and violet aromas that complement well the complex, rich, supple and seductively textured flavors that possess good power and punch on the moderately firm, long and intense finish.
