I've found just a few sets of these over the years and always keep a keen eye

Lovely Antique Silk Covered Round Needlebook / Pin Keep shaker sweater stretcher so it remainsSuch a pretty little pin keep, I could not resist. Silk fabric hand sewn over cut rounds of card to make it still, with two little white wool "pages" sewn inside, found filled with needles. The perimeter of the rounds are intended usable for stick pins, with the interior intended for (longer, thicker) needles. Lovely. 2" d and in very good condition, with just a couple of tiny holes and a little stain to the striped green silk.
