As I write this, Notre Dame is burning, so at the moment it looks to me rather sad, though yesterday I thought it looked quite beatific. I found it at the Wellesley, MA estate sale of artist Lois Gross Smiley (1925 2019), a prolific artist who came up with the Abstract
