Roberts, c. 1918 and there is another showcasing Roman ornament, listed separately. I do think it transcends it existence as a class assignment largely because the ornament itself is so good, and a vehicle for the use of lots of gold! Really fun to look at and fun to have around! 12" x 18". Very good condition, with some wear to the top and bottom left corners.
