Denis Bachelet, Cote De Nuits Villages Rouge Vintage:2020 2015 is a slightly warmer(60% from Queue de Hareng with the remainder from Crole and La Mouille, all in Brochon). An ultra fresh and more elegant nose features notes of ripe red and dark currant, softer earth and an equally subtle whiff of oak toast. There is excellent punch to the utterly delicious medium weight flavors that exude a refreshing salinity on the balanced and complex finale. Lovely stuff.
