Brass 1970s Swiss Cheese Paperweight Pen Holder star shaped where it might be seenI really love this how not to feel a little happier with this on the desk holding assorted pens and pencils? Circa 1970s, its made of cast brass, hollow on the interior so that the ends of whatever it's holding can slip down inside. This one's definitely seen some use, especially on the top, but the sides are still pretty shiny and its got many years of use in it yet. I believe the whole bottom used to be covered in paper, which is partially torn
