For this reason, we have paid tribute to the soil of our Pueblo Mgico (Magical Town) with a new line of wines called Vino de Tierra (Land Wine), which incorporates ancestral winemaking techniques. It is a very special wine, fermented for 13 days in a clay amphora, of which we are very proud."
