Constructed of bronze, the obverse with a central Weimar style German national eagle clutching laurel crowns, circumscribed by an inscription of VERFASSUNGSTAG 1929 (CONSTITUTION DAY 1929), the obverse with a central hand clutching a flag, circumscribed by an inscription of EHRENPREIS DES REICHSPRSIDENTEN (HONOUR PRIZE OF THE REICH PRESIDENT), the edge with a makers mark of M. NOACK, BERLIN FRIEDENAU, measuring 70 mm in
