Constructed of gilded aluminum, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by an NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with a clip and loop retaining and claws emanating from a functional roller, both the buckle and loop marked with Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logos and maker codes M4 22 for Christian
