Constructed of gilded and silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of an eight pointed radiant star, bearing a central white enameled medallion overlaid by a gilded Bengal tiger, situated within a circular white enameled ring bearing a gilt inscription of AZAD HIND with green enameled laurel leaves, with a pair of gilded crossed swords piercing the medallion, the
