Russia, Soviet Union. An Order of Lenin, Type 6 in Gold with Award Booklet, to Vasily Kirillovich Zakharov Province of China engraved by hand ‘Dr Rump”( ). Constructed of 23K Gold with platinum and multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular wheat stalk wreath, joined together at the bottom by a red enameled hammer and sickle, flanked on the right by a red enameled five pointed star and on the left by a banner flag similarly executed in red enamel and bearing a gilt inscription of (LENIN), surrounding a central dark grey enameled medallion overlaid by a leftward facing platinum
