Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with white enameled arms, the obverse with a central white enameled medallion bearing a silvered depiction of Saint George slaying a dragon, the reverse with an analogous red enameled medallion bearing a gilt Cyrillic monogram of for (SAINT GEORGE), the twelve oclock arm with an integral loop and
