Germany, Luftwaffe. A Radio Operator and Air Gunner Badge, by C.E. Juncker Auction War Cross (Croix de Guerre)(Fliegerschtzenabzeichen fr Bordfunker). Constructed of silvered zink and tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a mobile swastika, overlaid by a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a pair of lightning bolts, the reverse with two visible rivets securing the eagle in position, with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked C.
