Doctors note measuring 147x103mm, very fine condition with folding crease and three minor tears. It states that Wulle was cared for at the university hospital in Rostock (northern Germany) from June 15 to July 19, 1939. The course ID card was issued by the Rustin Educational Institute in Potsdam (west of Berlin), a company selling
