In silver gilt with red, green, and blue enamels, double headed eagle, reverse bearing partial makers mark Raviolo & Gardino ROMA, measuring at 54. 0 mm (w) x 73. 5 mm (h) and weighing 56. 64 grams, worn on the a neck ribbon (cut on one side, missing tie), enamels intact, star suspension has been resoldered on the reverse, very fine condition. Contained in its original case of issue, a red
