It is faux fur lined, has braided or knot leather look buttons. Men's Size 46 The coat is in very good vintage condition. There are some small (pinhole size) spots on the bottom front. Still a great vintage piece! Actual measurements are: Armpit to armpit approx 25" Shoulder seam to shoulder seam approx 19. 5" Sleeve length from shoulder seam to cuff approx 26" Length down the center back approx 36"
