Constructed of black wool, bearing a machine embroidered tri colour cockade constructed of silver aluminum bullion, inside of an oak leaf wreath and flanked by wings of identical construction, unmarked, measuring 150 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
