The program is in German, French, and English, while the speeches are available as transcripts in German, French, English, Italian, and Spanish. The first speech was given by the Reich Sports Leader, Hans von Tschammer und Osten (18871943), the second speech by the president of the I. O. C., Count Henri II de Baillet Latour (18761942).
