Constructed of card stock, the obverse feautinr typewritten particulars to ULRICH MLLER, who was born on 5 July 1913, was assigned SS membership number 156879, held the rank of SS Sturmmann, and who served with SS Sturm 6 97 (SS Abschnitt VI, Breslau), riveted with a certified studio portrait of Mller wearing a Sturmmann uniform with an overseas cap, the reverse dated 11 March 1941 with an effective date of 20 April 1942, certified by
