This shirt started as multiple custom made Madras plaid fabric swatches, woven in Chennai and cut and sewn together into a beautiful patchwork cloth. We took it a step further: having it dyed with natural materials by our partner factory, Green Matters Natural Dye Company of Lancaster, PA. The result is a fabric with depth you dont get from shortcuts. Madras that already develops its own unique character over time, with a
