An Armband For The Reich Level Leiter Eines Oberen Or Obersten Auction Archive WINTER NorAn Armband for the Reich Level Leiter eines Oberen or Obersten Amtes it is constructed of red cotton, centering black ribbed swastika superimposed on the white circle, both edged in golden cello threads; armband is approximately 13cm (or 5 inches) tall, edged on top and bottom with large golden cello oakleaves, and bordered by golden cello threads; colors are nice and bright, in slightly worn condition, and has been shortened (on reverse); this is
