An Order of Julio Antonio Mella Newly Listed 130 mm x 239 mm(Orden Julio Antonio Mella) Six piece construction, 43,8 mm wide, 47,8 mm high, weighing 43,3 grams, silvered and gilt metal with red enamel centre bearing a finely detailed bust of Julio Antonio Mella surrounded by raised gilt lettering JULIO A. MELLA, star shaped base with alternating smooth and faceted rays, reverse displaying the Cuban national coat of arms circumscribed REPUBLICA DE CUBA CONSEJO DE ESTADO, fitted with a period ribbon in dark
