Austria, Imperial. An Order Of Leopold, Grand Cross (Rothe Copy) Hold Quebec and York(Kaiserlich sterreichischer Leopold Orden). Instituted on 7 January 1808. Post 1945 Copy. In bronze gilt, presenting as an eight pointed Leopold Cross, enamelled red with a white frame, the obverse centre shows the initials FIA over a red enamelled medallion, circumscribed by the device of the order INTEGRITATI ET MERITO (FOR INTEGRITY AND MERIT) over a field of white enamel, the reverse centre presents the motto of Emperor Leopold II OPES REGUM CORDA
