Constructed of a red cotton rayon blended cloth, the obverse overlaid by a white disc measuring 74 cm in diameter, in turn bearing a dyed black mobile swastika, perforated at all four corners with eyelets reinforced with non magnetic metal grommets for vehicle attachment, unmarked, measuring 195 mm (l) x 95 cm (h), demonstrating minor soiling and material fatigue, in near extremely fine condition.
