Constructed of field grey rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered green shield overlaid by a blue and white St. Andrews Cross, framed with a red border, and topped by golden yellow Cyrillic initials ( , or Russian Liberation Army), measuring 70 mm (w) x 90 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
