Medal measures 32 mm, and is mounted on blue ribbon. First type of this medal, introduced in 1913 during The Balkan Wars. Design was subsequently changed in favor of larger medal with altered design (#S98). Unmarked, but very likely manufactured by French maker Bertrand. Good quality, and in very fine condition. Scarce.
