A National Order Of The Southern Cross; Grand Cross Set Hold retaining most of the goldType III: Grand Cross (silver gilt with red, green, light blue, dark blue and white enamels, 72 mm x 101 mm inclusive of its wreath suspension, scattered chipping in the red and green enamels on the wreath on the obverse); and Breast Star (silver gilt with light blue, dark blue and white enamels, maker marked "la royale RIO BRASIL" on the reverse, 74 mm x 77. 5 mm, vertical pinback, chipping evident in the white enamels on the star points). Very fine.
