Constructed of bronzed feinzink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms joined through the quadrants by rays, the obverse overlaid by a circular oak leaf wreath bearing a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse overlaid by a circular oak leaf wreath
