This Speyside single malt was distilled at GlenAllachie in 2007 and matured in a single Madeira wine hogshead for a full 12 years before bottling in August 2019 at a cask strength of 60
complemented by subtle hints of sea salt keeping the sweetness at bay and highlighting vanilla and oak undertones
which is then treated to a maceration with 30 kilos of mince pie filling
