Chattanooga Experimental Series Batch 003 Whiskey Type_Absinthe with the start of JWhiskey: Chattanooga Experimental Series Batch 003 Batch 003 is also a straight bourbon whiskey, but finished with newly introduced Native finishing process (check out a full write up of the 1816 Native series here!). Named Native Barrel, this batch was made with a very similar mashbill to Batch 002, but finished in smoked beer barrels that originally held their Experimental Whiskey.
