Manufactured c. 1865 by French maker Bacqueville as a display example, consisting of a bullion five pointed star consisting of carefully attached sequins that are bordered by twisted silver bullion wire to give the star definition; between the arms of the stars are twelve rays radiating from the core of the star, constructed of broad flattened aluminum bullion strands, also bordered by
