Constructed of field grey rayon, the obverse bearing a multi coloured machine embroidered shield overlaid by a bow and arrow, topped by an inscription of TURKISTAN, unmarked, measuring 68 mm (w) x 90 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition.
