Russian made, a Cross pattee constructed of gilded bronze with white enamelled arms, the obverse with a central white enamelled medallion bearing a hand painted depiction of Saint George slaying a dragon in multi coloured enamels, the reverse with a white enamelled medallion bearing a black Cyrillic monogram of for (SAINT GEORGE), the twelve oclock arm with an integral loop and suspension
