Prussia, Kingdom. A King Friedrich Wilhelm Ii Commemorative Silver Medallion, C. 1786 Archive with a thin strap sewn(Erinnerungsmedaille in Silber). Constructed of silver, the obverse bearing a raised and leftward facing profile of King Friedrich Wilhelm II, circumscribed by name and title in Latin, the reverse bearing a wreathed inscription of NOVA SPES REGNI (THE NEW HOPE OF THE KINGDOM), above a commemorative Latin inscription for the year 1786, measuring 42. 05 mm in diameter, weighing 28. 5 grams, in extremely fine condition.
