Constructed of gilded and silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, overlaid by a diving Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with two visible rivets, with a barrel hinge and round wire catch, maker marked G. H. OSANG, DRESDEN, measuring 42. 14 mm (w) x 53. 50 mm (h), weighing 33. 6 grams, with total loss of finish and significant oxidation evident, in addition to the
