On The Scene 1965 (Part One) features four bands at the beginning of their careers with raucous releases that would collectively cost over 1,000 to acquire on original vinyl. The blues wailing harmonica on tracks by The In Crowd and The Muleskinners is followed by pounding R&B from The Boys Blue and The Betterdays.
