In bronze, obverse centerpiece shows a ship at sea, encircled by a knotted rope around which is inscribed UNITED STATES NAVY, the centerpiece is superimposed on an anchor and enclosed by a chain, along the upper contour of the reverse medal are the words FIDELITY ZEAL OBEDIENCE, centerpiece engraving reads ANDREW ARHUR TOTH 1037, on original red ribbon with 1941 clasp, 33 mm, extremely fine condition.
