Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered gold bullion wire Kriegsmarine eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse retaining a mostly intact paper liner, unmarked, measuring 110 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in uniform removed and near extremely fine condition.
