Germany, Luftwaffe. A Fallschirmjäger Badge, By Gebrüder Wegerhoff Auction Instituted 28 May 1893 by(Fallschirmschtzenabzeichen). Constructed of brass and zink, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath with a patinated finish, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a diving German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with two visible sunken rivets securing the obverse eagle in place, with an integral hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flattened integral catch, maker marked with the logo of
