Germany, Hj. A 1938 Regional Trade Competition Victor’s Badge, By Gustav Brehmer Newly Listed a veteran’s pin(Ehrenzeichen Kreissieger im Reichsberufswettkampf). Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, around a white enameled disc bearing an inscription of KREISSIEGER 1938 (REGIONAL VICTOR 1938), overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a cogwheel, the latter bearing an enameled HJ insignia, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker
