Campbell Company Hold Footnote: Lorne Tolbert McLaughlin wasThis is an extremely well preserved United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) L 1 flight suit, constructed of olive drab gabardine cotton twill. The suit is opened by a functional metal zipper that extends from the collar to the fly, while both shoulders bear diagonal pockets, similarly opening with functional metal zippers. The cuff of each sleeve has a reinforced buttonhole meeting dual brown bakelite buttons, allowing for an adjustable fit. Each armpit
