Off Shoulder Blouse Seersucker Blue tops I wanted to create aDesigned by Welsh designer Tobias Malfoy especially for Smart Doll. Actual garment is made in Japan. This is the first time we are using the material known as Seersucker looks really cute when combined with the frilly shoulder. It's a very snug fit designed only for S bust so snug that you need to remove the head, arms and bust to wear it but once on it looks great. S
