A White Sailor’s Cap, Owner-Attributed Example consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac obverse illustrating a small child(Kriegsmarine Tellermtze). A very well preserved Kriegsmarine Tellermtze (sailors cap), constructed of a reinforced dark navy blue wool cap band. Wrapped around the exterior is a general issue tally ribbon constructed of black rayon and bearing a machine embroidered gold bullion wire inscription of KRIEGSMARINE in Fraktur script. Affixed to the crown is a separate cover, constructed of a white rayon blended cloth. Pined onto the peak is a one piece
