It is signed in black ink by General Field Marshal, Chief of Aerial Fleet 3, and Commander in Chief West, Hugo Sperrle (18851953), a recipient of the Knights Cross, and first commander of the Condor Legion. An Iron Cross 2nd Class certificate (139x199mm, better than very fine) to NCO Scheuringer, dated to April 26, 1941. It
