Germany, Luftwaffe. An Officer’s Breast Eagle consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac FLANDERNSCHLACHT(Luftwaffe Brustadler fr Offiziere). Constructed of dark grey wool. The obverse bearing a hand embroidered silver aluminum wire Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 85 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in uniform removed and extremely fine condition.
