Puget Sound Print holidays We are just a smallPuget Sound or Whulge, the Lushootseed name for the Sound As the second largest estuary in the United States, the Puget Sound offers complex waterways, peninsulas, islands and lakes. The Sound opens into the greater Salish Sea. There are many sailboats, ferries and float planes traversing these wispy waterways. There was so much I wanted to include in this illustration! I choose to focus on the water, however. I highlighted the cities nearest to the
