In bronze gilt, a white enamelled Maltese cross with small ball finials, the obverse medallion featuring a white enamel eagle on a red field, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed POLONIA RESTITVTA, the reverse medallion features the date 1918 on a red field, measures 60. 36 mm (w) x 60. 35 mm (h) with sash; accompanied by the star of the order, in silvered bronze, with centre in bronze gilt with
