Her nose evokes stone fruits from the South, as well as persimmon. We also find a whole bouquet of exotic flowers. These nuanced aroma's are followed by voracious notes of biscuity malt. In the end she develops a beautiful and long bitterness, which harmoniously brings everything in balance.
