WHEEL HORSE BOURBON DOUBLE OAK KENTUCKY 750ML New Scotch sweet mash fermentation in stainlessThis Bourbon is crafted from a selection of barrels which were aged at least 4 years in their original new oak. The barrels were dumped into micro batches and then re casked into a second round of new American oak casks for up to 8 months. The finishing barrels were crafted by ZAK Cooperage in Kentucky, featuring 18 24 month open air seasoning, a variety of custom char profiles.
