Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, surrounding a central winged bomb executed in blackened magnetic iron, flanked by each side by nine oak leaves, with two loops emanating from the lower edge for the accommodation of a hanger consisting of a central starburst flanked by clusters of
